Overview

WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES.

ONGI (ON:GI) makes payment part of how an organization operates. One QR covers account, card, and overseas payment across festivals, donations, offerings, and table orders — with no dedicated hardware and no app to install.

Why it exists

On-site collection usually means renting hardware, signing a long contract, and reconciling by hand afterwards — a cost most festivals, congregations, and small stores cannot justify.

Modules

WHAT IT IS MADE OF.

  • Issue

    01

QR and link, made in the admin

Enter an amount and a description to issue a QR code and a payment link, usable at a booth, an event, or an online campaign.

  • Methods

    02

    One QR, every method

Account transfer, card, and overseas payment all resolve from the same QR, from one-off payment through recurring transfer.

  • Giving

    03

    Donations, sponsorship, offerings

Donation receipts are wired into the flow where the legal conditions are met, and recurring giving replaces scanning a QR every Sunday.

  • Order

    04

    QR order without a kiosk

Order and payment run from the customer's own phone, which is how a large regional festival cut equipment and pickup queues.

  • Merchants

    05

    Two merchant shapes

General merchants follow a collection flow for fundraising, dues, and offerings; store merchants follow an order flow for menus, pickup, and on-site payment. Branch permissions and settlement units are set per organization.

  • Data

    06

    Settlement dashboard and API

Revenue, refunds, and fees are queried by period in one dashboard, and the API folds ONGI transactions into a customer's own admin.

Flow

HOW IT RUNS.

  1. 01

    Consult

Industry, scale, existing PG, settlement cycle, and order channels are reviewed before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Open the merchant

The merchant is set up as a collection or an order shape, with branch permissions where the organization needs them.

  3. 03

    Issue the QR

Amounts and descriptions become QR codes and links for the booth, the sanctuary, the table, or the campaign page.

  4. 04

    Collect and settle

Payments come in on site or online, and the dashboard is where the period closes.

From the first consultation to going live takes about two days.
