Overview

WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES.

Pivotrit puts the day in one place: cards for tasks, projects that group them, a shared calendar, and presence that shows who is on what. Chat, translation, and an AI assistant live in the same window, so a team spread across languages still runs one rhythm.

Why it exists

Work is usually spread across a chat tool, a task tool, and a calendar, so the answer to "what matters today" has to be reassembled by hand every morning.

Modules

WHAT IT IS MADE OF.

  • Tasks

    01

    Tasks as cards

Work is handled as cards that carry their own files, so context stays with the task instead of scrolling away in a thread.

  • Projects

    02

Projects as the unit of work

Cards, files, and members are grouped by project, and each plan sets how many projects a workspace can run at once.

  • Calendar

    03

    Shared calendar and priorities

Deadlines and today's priorities sit in the same view as the work itself, so planning and doing are not separate places.

  • Presence

    04

    Team presence in one view

Who is working on what, right now, in a single view, so a request goes to the right person the first time.

  • Chat

    05

    Chat with translation

Conversation sits next to the work, and built-in translation is metered by characters per month for teams that span languages.

  • AI

    06

    Assistant that drafts cards

An assistant drafts and organizes cards out of a conversation, with a monthly token budget defined by plan.

Flow

HOW IT RUNS.

  1. 01

    Open the workspace

Invite members and create only the projects the team is actually running.

  2. 02

    Break work into cards

Each card holds its own files and history, so status does not need a separate report.

  3. 03

    Put today on the calendar

Priorities and deadlines land in the shared calendar the whole team reads.

  4. 04

    Run it in chat

Decisions happen next to the cards, with translation and the assistant in the same place.

The rhythm differs by team, but the principle holds: today's priorities stay on the first screen.
