Through the inquiry form, email, and job applications we collect the name, email address, organization, and inquiry content that you provide directly. Information collected through an inquiry is retained for 3 years from the date of collection and then destroyed. Access logs, device information, and similar data may be generated automatically while you use the service.
Collected information is used to respond to project, partnership, and recruitment inquiries, to improve our services, to meet statutory obligations, and to provide customer support. If separate use for marketing purposes becomes necessary, we obtain prior consent.
Inquiry and recruitment information is retained for 3 years from the date of collection and then destroyed, or is kept for the period prescribed by applicable law. Electronic files are deleted by a method that makes recovery impossible.
We do not provide personal information to outside parties except where required by law or where the user has consented. Where outsourced processing such as hosting, email, or analytics is necessary, we outsource only within the required scope and manage and supervise the processor by contract.
Users may request access to their personal information, correction or deletion, and suspension of processing. Requests are received at the contact below and are acted on without delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.
