Building Sanitation Ops into VAN365
DEVER and KTS extend VAN365 with sanitation operations and payment.
DEVER, a software development company, has begun a project with KT Service (KTS) to add sanitation service functionality inside VAN365, the platform it currently operates.
The work aims to raise convenience and administrative efficiency across the system by bringing together efficient intake and management of sanitation services with electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) and duty-free charging.
VAN365 is a web-based service already used across a range of work. With sanitation functionality added, it will offer an environment where intake, work requests, payment, and follow-up can all be managed in one place, without disturbing the existing user experience.
KT Service is taking part in service design on the basis of its experience and requirements in sanitation work, while DEVER is responsible for the technical development needed to integrate the new functionality into the platform reliably.
Through the EBPP link in particular, customers will be able to use real-time electronic billing and payment, and the system is designed so that duty-free charging and usage history can be managed transparently.
With this addition, VAN365 is expected to strengthen its role as a central platform for sanitation administration and operations, rather than a system that only relays information.
A DEVER representative said, “We want to lead real, user-centered improvement by integrating sanitation functionality organically into the existing VAN365 service,” adding, “We will raise the efficiency of the platform by combining our engineering capability with experience in the field.”
