Smartro VMS × VAN365 Integration

DEVER, a software development company, has begun work in earnest on the VMS-VAN365 integration project commissioned by SMARTRO.

The main aim of the project is to automate the flow of information between systems by connecting the existing VMS system with the VAN365 platform, and to make day-to-day work easier for users.

To offer the same user experience across different environments, the project is being built as a responsive website, with an intuitive UI and optimized functionality on desktop, mobile, and tablet.

It is designed in particular to handle the exchange of data between the two connected systems reliably, which is expected to contribute to greater efficiency at work.

Through this integration, VAN365 will be organically linked with SMARTRO's VMS, its sales, settlement, and operations system. Users will be able to complete their work faster and more simply than before, with fewer errors arising from duplicate entry and manual steps.

DEVER is responsible for the overall technical implementation, including system analysis, integration module development, and user interface design, and is building functionality optimized to user requirements in close collaboration with SMARTRO.

Once development is complete, review and improvement procedures will run alongside it to secure operational stability.
